Refund Policy

Good Husband is operated by Viral Public Relations Management. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment
• Technical failure — if a verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period
• Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
• Accidental purchase — refund requests for accidental purchases made within 24 hours may be considered at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Cancellations after the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or advice
• Change of mind after the 7-day period
• Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at team@higoodhusband.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of your payment
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
